The Boardroom:

Companies can now experience the expertise of the Praxis Principals, in a monthly boardroom presentation setting. This is targeted at companies with revenue between $2 and $30 million, who are looking for experiential insight from experts in finance, operations, treasury and sales. "The Boardroom" will provide companies an environment whereby decisions and business plans can be challenged and refined.

Each month, a presentation will be made to "The Boardroom" participants utilizing a standard emerging growth management reporting template, provided by Praxis Partners. The presentation will cover:

1) Current financial and operational performance with trends

2) Forecasts and Key Performance indicators

3) Effectiveness of working capital deployment, and cash flow review

4) Establishment and management of "Business Value Drivers". (Current and ongoing improvement programs which will drive financial performance, and long term value creation)

5) Business analytics support by the Praxis Partners team

In addition, "The Boardroom" clients will have the option to receive continuous consultative assistance with business operations, banking relationship and decision support by Praxis Partners.
